SCP-009 “Red Ice” Hoodie

Cold enough to burn.
Liquid enough to spread.

This design is inspired by SCP-009, an anomalous substance that looks like water—but behaves in complete defiance of thermodynamics. At low temperatures it flows like liquid. At warmer temperatures it freezes solid. And once it touches ordinary water, it doesn’t stop until everything is the same.

The artwork centers on a pool of crimson ice forming across a frozen landscape, jagged shards spreading outward as metal containers and surrounding ice are slowly overtaken. Steam rises where it shouldn’t, and the surface cracks with geometric precision, hinting at physics rewritten by something not native to this universe.

Rendered in a stark, high-contrast etching style, the design captures containment failure frozen in time—a moment where nature, matter, and certainty collapse into something lethal and irreversible.

This hoodie is for fans of anomalous chemistry, hostile physics, and SCP’s uniquely clinical take on cosmic horror.
