This SCP-097 inspired hoodie is based on one of the SCP Foundation’s most surreal and deceptively pastoral containment zones: an abandoned fairground overtaken by anomalous plant growth. SCP-097 encompasses a large rural area where dozens of previously unknown pumpkin varieties grow uncontrollably, forming dense, maze-like structures.

At the center of the zone lies a crushed pickup truck buried beneath a colossal pumpkin of impossible size and mass. Despite its weight, the pumpkin retains a near-perfect spherical shape, defying normal biological behavior. Surrounding it, hundreds of oversized gourds and crops intertwine with the decaying remnants of carnival rides, booths, and pathways.

Between spring and late autumn, SCP-097 exhibits a range of anomalous phenomena, some harmless, others extremely dangerous. Navigation through the overgrowth is disorienting, visibility is limited, and movement within the zone has resulted in severe injury and fatalities among personnel.

This design captures themes of nature reclaiming space, rural decay, and quiet anomalies hiding behind familiar scenery.
